If you are making enough for the whole week, then I would definitely
just add the avocado each day.
You can either eat it as is (I swear it will still taste the same even if the avocado starts to brown) or make everything else and
just add the avocado right before eating.
It's really a «starter» that you make up to 2 weeks in advance and then
you just add avocados when you're ready.
I really wanted to make this meal a quick one, that's why
I just added avocado slices, instead of making guacamole.
I also thought some Kalamata olives and feta cheese were kind of necessary here and then
I just added an avocado, because I could.

just adding some avocado or nuts here and there.

I like that chocolate milkshake recipe I usually let the dates out and
just add cacao + honey +
avocado + banana + chia seeds + milk.
Apples can be a bit weird texture wise when smoothied so I think I would leave those out and
