If I made this recipe again, though, I would just toast the walnuts, rather than coating then in the honey and spices (so I'd
just add the honey and spices directly to the cranberry mixture).
If you don't have agave syrup to add for sweetener then
just add honey.
I just added honey until I liked the taste and didn't measure it exactly so 1/2 cup is an estimate.

I adapted this recipe from King Arthur Flour — I didn't have
honey, so I subbed in the sugar, and I didn't have any dried nonfat milk, so I
just added 3 ounces of 1 % milk to the dough.

Hi Elizabeth, this sounds delish — i've
just started the «sweet poison» diet and i think it might work with
adding dextrose instead of
honey (no fructose allowed on this diet), anyway, will give it a try — need some sweetness sometimes!
I am afraid I was not so keen, I found it
just spicy enough for me but I wanted a bit of sweetness in the dish, perhaps I'll
add a bit of
honey to the harrisa / oil mix next time... I think this may
just come down to personal taste and perhaps I'm
just not a harissa fan.
Lingonberries,
just as cranberries, are pretty acid, so if you feel it's too much,
add a teaspoon or two of maple syrup or
honey.
I used maple syrup (as I ran out of
honey), used Grapeseed oil instead of coconut oil, didn't have any plain Almond Breeze, but did have Unsweetened Chocolate Almond Breeze and I figure, it was
just adding to the chocolate flavour anyway.

just leave out the coconut and
add a little extra
honey or more cranberries to balance the sweetness you would have gotten from the coconut.
I've
added just a teaspoon of
honey to the ricotta mixture to provide a smoother consistency.

add honey and it still tasted

Add the crystallized ginger, the remaining milk and warm
honey mixture to the flour and gently mix
just until a soft dough is formed.

added about a half cup of oats and a couple tablespoons of
honey (can't
just do it the original way the first time, oh no) and we'll see how it goes.
Once I
added in the cocoa powder and the
honey it got even more dry and I ended up putting
just about a full quarter cup more coconut oil in
just to make it slightly spreadable and it still felt grainy and chalky in my mouth.
Just wondering that if
adding raw
honey then cooking it makes it no longer raw
