just made these — delicious yes, but the mix was so thick & strong that it blew up my
food processor Next time I would do the dates & bananas separately and then
add the ground almonds as breaking down the dates & mixing with the other ingredients all in one go was too much
to handle.

The only modification I made
to the recipe was that I sauteed the garlic in cold - pressed rapeseed oil rather than vegan margarine, and then
added just a little margarine
to the
food processor along with the other ingredients.

I also find that couscous is a lot bigger in texture than quinoa and could make the burgers fall apart — for that reason, i would recommend
