I have
just cooked the blueberry muffins
as you say they are like a liquid batter but they haven't turned into muffins they are
just blueberry slop in bottom of muffin tins.I don't see how these can turn into muffins when they are
just pure liquid and there is nothing in the recipe to bind them together.The only different ingredient I used was rice
milk as didn't have
almond milk and actually put less maple syrup in
as didn't have full amount so the recipe should have been even runnier.Am feeling a bit frustrated
as the ingredients aren't cheap.
Sometimes I eat it right out of the jar
as a replacement for granola, other times I stir it up with some unsweetened
almond milk and eat it like oatmeal, and other times I add it to the top of some coconut yogurt and use it
just like I would granola.

Depending on your frosting consistency preference, you may need
just a little bit more
almond milk as you go to make sure the frosting is smooth and depending on how thick you want the frosting to be.
Rice and flax
milks are indeed thinner / less creamy than
almond and soy
milks, but they would work
just fine in this recipe,
as would hemp, oat, hazelnut, or coconut (the stuff designed for drinking, not the canned kind, which has way more fat, and thickens or partially hardens in the fridge)
milks.

almond milk which is slightly sweetened but I'm sure you could use unsweetened
as well and have them be
just as delicious.
I followed the exact same method
as I do in my homemade
almond milk, but I used pecans in place of the
almonds and maple syrup instead of honey (
just because I'm not eating honey at the moment).
My recipe uses
almond milk, but you could
just as easily use your other favourite
milk — I imagine a mix of coconut and
almond would be delicious!

just put them in the Nutribullet or you could use a blender and add 4 times
as much water and blend then use a nut
milk bag or cheese cloth to strain the
almond milk out and then you can drink the
milk and use the
almond meal for flour if you put it in the oven on a baking sheet at a lower temperature.
So I'm
just going to add in,
as your liquid source you can add in something like water, I usually
just use water or
almond milk.
You can soak grains and not cook them — they are equally
as good
just eaten after soaking in water or
almond milk or veggie broth.
