Oh yeah, they are so useful
for so many
recipes... egg nog, meringues, edible cookie dough:) They look
just like other egg cartons from the outside, so you have to read the fine print, or
ask your grocer.
(I also made your easy breaded tofu per his request, the
recipe where you don't have to press the tofu,
just roll it in the tamari first — he
asks me
for that at least once a week).
In fact, they
asked for the
recipe because they are
just delicious.
Think of all the
recipes with sour cream, or
asking for the tartness of yoghurt, and
just adjust accordingly.
I often make a much larger batch of chicken tenders when serving my family, but it happens to be my one of my son's favorite meals so when he
