just using potato masher on them in a bowl, thereby
avoiding food processor entirely.

just have a thing about chips, which is ironic for a person who generally

foods when possible.
That way you never feel like you're

avoid the sodium overload that can come from packaged and

Just because you're vegan, gluten - free, nut - free or simply try to

avoiding common gluten troublemakers, it
just so happens you end up eating more real
foods and less
processed, sugary crap.
Instead I
just eat what feels good (whilst making conscious choices (plant based,
avoiding overly
processed foods)-RRB- and listen to what my body says (if I'm hungry / tired / too full etc.).
I could have saved my money by not buying the book and
just followed his eating regimen and
avoiding processed foods in his original Paleo diet book.
You can choose simple snacks,
just avoid overly
processed foods whenever you can.
Ideally, we would
avoid giving our hamsters this
processed, nutritionally empty
food, but, if you
just want to give them an occasional soft, chewy treat, it's perfectly safe to give them a bite of bread.
