Even when it's hard to
get out of bed, I like being there

just prayed that she will learn to sleep and you know what, she
got the hang
of sleeping when she was ready, and NOT ONE MINUTE
BEFORE!
He would wake only briefly, cry for
just a couple
of seconds, then settle himself
before I could even
get out of bed.
If, on the other hand, I had a nickel for every time one
of my sisters - in - law commented in a shocked voice about how I was still nursing that child or told me that if we didn't
get her
out of our
bed ASAP she would be there for years
before I learned to
just say, very politely, «Nu?»
You know that moment when you
just need to stretch — maybe it's
before getting out of bed in the morning, during a long flight or right after a long run.
Before joining the TT challenge I can honestly say that I was miserable, my body hurt all
of the time and
just getting out of bed was a chore.
The depths
of jet - lag
got me
out of bed just before dawn.
Some
of it was
just the pure convenience
of it: I could roll
out of bed, hop on the bike, and
get myself in the shower all
before 6AM, and without having to drive anywhere.
