Lately, when flying alone over
big distances, I've been a fan of giving my stomach a break,
just drinking lots of water and munching on some
carrots and sliced cucumbers.
One of my
biggest thrills in the last couple years have been when my kids ask for sprouts, nut milk,
carrot juice, green smoothies... I really want my kids lunches to «look like» the other kids lunches so they aren't made fun of
just because they eat «differently» Perhaps this won't even be a worry at all....

Big Brother I recommend using a canned pumpkin to get more of the flavor into the KT — my
carrot ginger and yam sage didn't turn out as carroty or yammy as I had hoped with
just using fresh chunks.

carrots, broccoli, cilantro, pita chips and a drizzle of tahini) or in whole wheat pita or
just straight up.

I've seen dogs who
just love the really
big carrots that are too tough for people anyway.
