just wish Dr Greger could do a video on the effects of a low carb, 95 % plant based diet.
BTW, re
bulletproof coffee, I drink my
coffee very strong but with a large amount of heavy cream - kind of the same effect as oils or other fats, and I find that if I drink too much of it, come lunchtime, I am totally not hungry and would rather
just skip lunch.

It's important to note, however, that in order to achieve optimal results from your
bulletproof coffee, you can't

What I discovered after recognizing that
bulletproof coffee had an unusual effect, but not necessarily understanding what the effect was, I came across a couple studies that showed that when you could raise your ketone levels even
just a.5 on a blood stick, which is below nutritional ketosis, that it would reset your ghrelin levels to your current body weight.
It's important to note, however, that in order to achieve optimal results from your
bulletproof coffee, you can't
just use any
coffee, butter, or oil... You must use good quality, mold - free

My favorite
bulletproof coffee is any Keurig K - cup of
coffee I happen to have in the house paired with my Land O Lakes salted butter, some refined coconut oil (I don't measure,
just grab a soup spoon out of the drawer and plop it into the blender) a splash of heavy whipping cream (high fat and VERY low carb) along with a little salted caramel or butterscotch sugar free syrup.

just wondering why you say you wouldn't have
Bulletproof coffee everyday but you would this one?
I'm actually doing a little bit of intermittent fasting this morning,
just did actually a little bit of
Bulletproof coffee here and I'll probably have some collagen here in a few hours, but doing a little IF this morning and I'm feeling pretty good.
It's the single most exciting new supplement I've done as important to my own performance now is
Bulletproof coffee that up - regulates your mitochondria and
just basically you can feel within five minutes of taking it in a big way.
If that doesn't work and
Bulletproof intermittent fasting, where you only have
Bulletproof coffee, no protein, no carbs in the morning, and that doesn't work, I would try a 24 to 48 hour water fast and see what that does to
just break through it.
I personally either
just do broth in the morning or I will do a
Bulletproof coffee without the collagen proteins in there and the usual i put those in a protein shake.
I was
just like, I wasn't hammering hard the whole time, I was
just kinda riding the course and checking it out and stuff but
just felt great all day long so I may, and I'm thinking about doing this as like my Ironman triathlon protocol and possibly starting to recommend this to folks, I may start to introduce more of this kinda like MCT oil rather than
just like throwing in to some
just like you know,
BulletProof coffee in the morning.
I have got the recipe for
bulletproof coffee,
just have to get some raw butter and mct oil.
That will make you perform better, it'll make a bigger difference in how you feel every day, how you perform and your ability to do all the other stuff you want to do, to
just about anything else you could do except maybe
Bulletproof coffee, they might be near each other.
Bulletproof is much more than
just non-moldy
coffee with butter and oil; in fact it is an entirely new way of eating!
