Using this emotional turmoil to drive the film rather than
just chase scenes, director Andrew Davis ensures the viewer can't rest until Kimble does.

scenes just follow Jack moving around town, gathering the sights, buying good, and testing out the gun before the client's arrival, and there are a few spots where the drama sags before a
chase scene or montage pops up.
