I think what makes me happy about this recipe is it's hard to make a brownie recipe with
just coconut flour.

I used quinoa flakes as I didn't have any quinoa
flour and I didn't have any
coconut oil (I ran out 2 nights before due to a intense
coconut oil hair treatment:P) so I
just ended up leaving the oil out all together and made it an oil - free version!
I also used
coconut flour in place of the ones listed, which is
just coconut dust and is quite sweet!

The second time I soaked the dates in boiling water to soften them and then I
just used a blender stick to blend the dates with sweet potato and maple syrup (much easier than a processor) I also made a budget version and used regular cocoa powder, 1/2 honey 1/2 maple syrup, no pinenuts -

Coconut Flour, let me
just tell you that it is one of the healthier
flours — it is very high in fiber, is gluten free (perfect for a lot of people that are
just figuring out they are allergic to gluten), and is a naturally a bit sweet (yay!

Just made this recipe only used
coconut butter instead of regular butter and 1 cup whole wheat
flour / 1/2 white
flour.

coconut flour to the remaining mixture in the food processor and pulse until

i have to say i doubled all the ingradients and i got 14 very tiny cookies... so i really don't see how you got 12 small cookies out of
just three tablespoons of
flour... also i had to add some
flour as they got quite runny, it think maybe too much
coconut oil... they break very easily, not good for guests, they do not look very nice, mostly came out as crums, but they taste good anyway.

just found this recipe and I notice that the recipes are very similar: this one has the addition of a little
coconut flour, half the salt and half the vinegar, but maintains the baking soda quantity.
At low speed, mix in
