just use Bob's Red Mill 7 grain pancake and waffle mix and add a mix of
water, almond milk, chia seeds, and cinnamon until it's pancake batter consistency then cook them over medium / high heat with
coconut oil.
When I have some on hand, I like to pair it with
coconut water for a natural potassium boost after a tough workout, but
water is
just fine too.
If you don't have
coconut water,
just use plain
water.
Also
just some ice to make it colder, granola and some
coconut water.
