I actually didn't know about any research on any of this, I
just listened to my body and I noticed that when I
ate a lot of carbs I was bloated and tired and so I stopped gluten and also diary altogether and started putting together
foods that felt
right... I didn't realise till a couple of years ago when I was doing a nutrition course that my diet was very low carb and high fat, which according to the course I was doing was not good for my health — which did confuse me as I had never felt better in my life.
Turns out I was
