A
lot of things you can
get away with in your 20s (like subsisting on
lots of beer, little sleep, and no
exercise), will quickly make you fat, miserable, and sick
just a few years later.
It's started to come under control
just sticking to a strict diet and
getting a
lot of gentle
exercise and happy thoughts, but it's taken years and I expect it'll be really hard to maintain it now that I'm here.
To be fair, I'm learning what does and doesn't count as leisure time for me — like I miss
exercising and although I could go out and
get a jogging stroller I don't want to because I want it to be strictly my time and I know I
get a
lot more out
of it (mentally, especially) if its
just me.
I know this seems stupidly obvious, especially with all
of the posts we see on social media showing off bloated vs non-bloated stomachs, but honestly, I'm grateful that this message continues to
get passed around, because when I was
just starting out on my fitness journey I literally thought that if you did
lots of abs
exercises you would have a six - pack 24/7 do nt you dare compare yourself..
You can
just do body weight
exercises and HIIT circuits:) I've
got lots of examples
of these type
of workouts on my blog, but these are 2

One reason why people don't
get the results they want is simply that they have set their sights too high, perhaps thinking that
exercising regularly will help them lose a
lot of weight (which it usually won't) or that they can build massive amounts
of muscle in
just a couple
of months.

I am taking again the anti depressive, I hope I can be back to some good sleeping, so that then I may come back to ketosis and train hard again... The Keto diet and the
exercise just made me
get so much high that I can't describe... even although I was as I am still now drinking a
lot of magnesium... This all thing
just led me to depression and anxiety, but who knows, maybe I
just won't be able to pass some carbs... Its a pity that investigation doesn't go further, as if you research you will see a
lot of people that try keto and they too
get severe insomnia that may lead to depression or mania..

It is a
lot easier to maintain where you are at than it is to start all over again, if you
just stop with the healthy eating and
exercise routine your results will swiftly disappear, it is amazing how easy it is to
get out
of shape compared to how long it takes to
get back into shape.
Your cortisol levels are very low and you become very very fatigued, can't
get out
of bed in the mornings, you sleep a
lot,
get exhausted after
just a little bit
of exercise, have trouble standing up for long periods, etc..
If you're doing a
lot of exercise, you may need a little more carbs and again, find a good functional medicine practitioner if that's helping a bit but it's not
getting you over the hump 100 %, reach out to someone like myself or Evan so we can
get some testing done and we can pull out the sniper rifle so to speak and
get really specific versus, you know,
just general run -
of - the - mill adrenal protocols.
I've
got a stability ball so I can
just basically do some balancing base
exercises on that, I do a
lot of hip hikes and the abdominal work using the stability ball.
If I'd come out
of Dead Island with a burning desire for more Dead Island, Riptide would go down a
lot easier, but since that original game started out strong and
just got weaker as it wore on, playing through another 15 hours
of almost exactly the same thing, when the first one already felt like more than enough, instead
just becomes a tiresome
exercise.

The Shih Tzu doesn't require a whole
lot of exercise, your smaller space will be
just fine for
getting in all
of it's physical needs.
Make sure your puppy
gets lots of exercise both during the day and
just before bedtime so it's tired enough to sleep at night.
I'm bad enough with money as it is; it burns a hole in my pocket so I had to
exercise a
lot of restraint in buying cheap games
just for the sake
of getting them at a steal.
