When a person logs
into their local
library's ebooks collection and wants to read something, anything, but
just get a
book, right now, can they?
If it's
just a great story but not groundbreaking, that's OK if readers love it... which you can prove by
getting it
into the hands of real readers of your target age group — yes you can have them request your
book at a
library and they will look it up, but they'll check your online reviews and see how it's performing first and whether it has any credible reviewers they recognize.

Limit your submissions to publishers that are able to
get their
books into bookstores and
libraries (this is easy:
just check the shelves).
If we distributed a title to 1
library, or 1000
libraries, and then you wanted to
get that
book into Select, you would
just need to remove the
book on our site so it's no longer for sale.
