Ethan and I
just went to see The Sandlot this morning at our local movie
theatre.
I like
to hang out and
just watch a good movie with my special someone, sleep in on a rainy day or
going to a play,
theatre, museums, art performances, Broadway,...
But I would like
to find someone who I can have some good conversations with,
go to the cinema, or
theatre with and
just do some fun stuff together.
I enjoy
going to the movies,
theatre, museums, flea markets, car shows, the zoo or
just a quiet evening at home.
But he never
goes in a straight line (at one point, he wants
to give up on the families altogether), and Robert Wieckiewicz, the wonderful Polish
theatre actor, makes him a cunning, calculating Everyman, seemingly stolid but with
just a touch of the outcast in his makeup.
I think i'll
just wait until the «Blair Witch» comes out, until then I'm waiting until I
go to the
theatre again.
I get that it looks «cool» but it
just does not make me want
to go to the
theatre to watch.

theatre just west of where Michael can buy the Doppler Cinema in Downtown Vinewood.
The sets are not
just beautiful but provide the audience with a sense of magic and whimsy that a child wants
to feel when he or she
goes to the circus or the
theatre.
Probably it's
just because it's the first version I saw, and I kept
going back
to the
theatre to try
to figure it out (I think it was 4 times I saw it in the
theatre).
I'm willing
to give it a
go when it releases in
theatres sometime this year (looks like Sony Pictures Classics hasn't settled on a release date
just yet).
I treated myself
to a good pizza and
went to a
theatre to see the Star Wars: The Force Awakens
just to try
to get my mind and body not thinking about the experience that morning.

going to blog about how pathetic it was that I volunteered
to be a parent helper on Sprog 1's school excursion yesterday
just so I could
go to the IMAX
theatre for free (it's been a long time between movies), but there's a heaviness in my heart that needs
to be addressed.
