I don't love dishes that are too creamy or too cheesy (which is weird because I love cheese), so
I just grate parmesan on top of the tomato sauce before baking.

Just before the pasta is done, add in 1/2 cup
grated parmesan cheese, salt (go easy on the salt because of the
parmesan cheese) and pepper and mix until bubbly.
I used Barilla Cellentani for the pasta, Camembert cheese instead of Neufchatel and a
grated Parmesan Romano blend instead of
just Parmesan... so technically it was 4 cheese... delicious, will make this again!
I make something similar, minus the sugar, plus freshly
grated Parmesan and a pinch of cayenne, and in addition to it's pure awesomeness
just as a plain cookie / biscuit / cracker thingy, it makes a fantastic crust for savory tarts, particularly mushroom.
You're looking at a recipe which is very simple to prepare and requires
just 5 ingredients: chicken breast fillets, a can of pineapples,
grated cheese (
Parmesan or Cheddar), garlic powder and olive oil (also, salt and pepper of course).
When assembling, I covered the pancake in a thin layer of high quality

Just made this and then roasted them with 1 TBLS Olive oil, 1/2 tsp of Garlic Powder, 1 TBLS
Grated Parmesan, and 1/2 tsp Crushed Oregano.
Sprinkle with freshly
grated parmesan or pecorino romano cheese, then return to the oven for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and
just starts to brown around the edges and filling is warmed through.
