I feel like I'm eating the actual

I was supplementing

shake just about EVERY singe day at this point
in my journey AND it was normally

just started using chia (and flax) to replace the pudding I was using
in my
protein shakes.
In future, I like the unfavoured one and use not
just for making
shakes but for
protein pancakes as well.

Just found this post and realize it is old but was hoping you could let me know how much you take
in a day and how you incorporate it
in your diet besides
protein shakes, I looked to see if you posted the recipes but couldn't find them.
In that time frame the «feasting» was limited to
just a few foods: grass - fed beef, wild caught salmon, organic eggs, avocado, coconut, coconut oil, raw nuts, raw cheese, whey
protein shake and greens.
In the meantime, this post-workout
