A great piece of dating advice is to
just keep things the way they are and see if they go away before taking drastic actions.

If anyone

just don't patronize establishments that
are purveyors of offensive materials; let people with values that appeal to that sort of

Would rather buy it all in bulk in one single trip and then I can take advantage of any multi-buy offers if needed — I
keep seeing list after list of daily plans but no shopping list, I have to go through it all and spend hours to find each ingredient amount into a spreadsheet and add it all together and buy the corresponding pack of each

I actually agree ama yang haha ok watever he
's name
is not worth 65 # million he
's nearly 30 I get that side
things and unproven in league ya he tears up German league but that league
is fadeing every good player gets bought by Europe or Munich I think we
keep Giroud and go buy mahrez or zaha either 2 do but I
'm getting feeling miki
is in for Sanchez and we mite get Evans but that
's it I think it
's all arsenal fc making fans happy I no we went for ambangyang but did we really pr stunt again

that
is the only
way wenger will progress in the c / l and league title if not we do need a manager who can do all of those
things and a manager that will
keep the team motivated from the sidelines, not that i
am saying that he should definitely come in but
just watch how jurgen klopp interacts with his players all the time and how animated he
is from the sideline he motivates his players, (this

is enough alone) and he

It
's also fascinating that the Mets don't seem overly concerned about how they can go about improving the health of their players in order to

its not what these guys
are used to they have played with football greats like ronaldo and messi and you ask them to perform with players like ox and welback we should change the
way we think
just sell these midocre players that we
keep on feeding sell them out and one more
thing i swear if even if i had a chance to play this match on fifa i would never dare to play players out of position for fuck sake we already lost against stoke due to out of position defenders what
is wrong with wenger
The only
thing i can say
is wenger
is stalling, waiting for clubs such as madrid, to break off some crumbs our
way and this will not happen until the last week of the window, which i think he did last season and failed badly, the names mention in the media
is just to
keep us as fans wishing that something will happen soon.
Is this way of thinking that kept us now for 10 years wanting anything more than taking a trophy from Wigan (FA Cup)... we are there for better things... managers with less resources have brought joy to their fans... the money is there you just need to spend it right drop the deadwood and find the key players it is called MONEYBALL..

Fan support
is vital to any team either in winning or losing unfortunately arsenal fans
are loggerheads to the point of
being a civil war and you know who to blame the spineless board and the manager, I
'm not advocating
being nasty to wenger but should have insisted on certain parameters
being met, it
's OK he did well on
keeping the club on good financial level when we moved to the Emirates and then should have moved him upstairs 2 - 3 years ago and that would have cemented his legacy but now
things are just stagnant and desperately trying to find a
way out
Same can
be said the other
way round wen all the aob
just sit and slate everything about our club and we ask them what
's the answer to make
things better they haven't got an answer and
just split out rubbish like lets get rid of everyone like I've said ive seen my club in much worse position then this in fact 20 years ago this season we finished 10th in the league I know your comment
is directed at me so wen you can tell me you seen arsenal finish in 10th below the spuds then I might start thinking that our club
is in the sh # t like most of you spoilt brats think and then you can come to me and start calling me deluded for
keeping my faith in wenger for everything he
's done for our club COYG in wenger I trust
Time for some brutal honesty... this team, as it stands,
is in no better position to compete next season than they
were 12 months ago, minus the fact that some fans have
been easily snowed by the acquisition of Lacazette, the free transfer LB and the release of Sanogo... if you look at the facts carefully you will see a team that still has far more questions than answers... to better show what I mean by this statement I will briefly discuss the current state of affairs on a position - by - position basis... in goal we have 4 potential candidates, but in reality we have only 1 option with any real future and somehow he
's the only one we have actively tried to get rid of for years because he and his father
were a little too involved on social media and he got caught smoking (funny how people still defend Wiltshire under the same and far worse circumstances)... you would think we would want to
keep any goaltender that Juventus had interest in, as they seem to have a pretty good history when it comes to that position... as far as the defenders on our current roster there
are only a few individuals whom have the skill and / or youth worthy of our time and / or investment, as such we should get rid of anyone who doesn't meet those simple requirements, which means we should get rid of DeBouchy, Gibbs, Gabriel, Mertz and loan out Chambers to see if last seasons foray with Middlesborough
was an anomaly or a prediction of
things to come... some fans have lamented wildly about the return of Mertz to the starting lineup due to his FA Cup performance but these sort of pie in the sky meanderings
are indicative of what
's wrong with this club and it
's wishy - washy fan - base... in addition to these moves the club should aggressively pursue the acquisition of dominant and mobile CB to stabilize an all too fragile defensive group that has self - destructed on numerous occasions over the past 5 seasons... moving forward and building on our need to re-establish our once dominant presence throughout the middle of the park we need to target a CDM then do whatever it takes to get that player into the fold without any of the usual nickel and diming we have become famous for (this kind of ruthless haggling has cost us numerous special players and certainly can't help make the player in question feel good about the
way their future potential employer feels about them)... in order for us to become dominant again we need to
be strong up the middle again from Goalkeeper to CB to DM to ACM to striker, like we did in our most glorious years before and during Wenger
's reign... with this in mind, if we want Ozil to
be that dominant attacking midfielder we can't
keep leaving him exposed to constant ridicule about his lack of defensive prowess and provide him with the proper players in the final third... he
was never a good defensive player in Real or with the German National squad and they certainly didn't suffer as a result of his presence on the pitch... as for the rest of the midfield the blame falls squarely in the hands of Wenger and Gazidis, the fact that Ramsey, Ox, Sanchez and even Ozil
were allowed to regularly start when none of the aforementioned had more than a year left under contract
is criminal for a club of this size and financial might... the fact that we could find money for Walcott and Xhaka, who weren't even guaranteed starters, means that our whole business model needs a complete overhaul... for me it
's time to get rid of some serious deadweight, even if it means selling them below what you believe their market value
is just to simply right this ship and change the stagnant culture that currently exists... this means saying goodbye to Wiltshire, Elneny, Carzola, Walcott and Ramsey... everyone, minus Elneny, have spent
just as much time on the training table as on the field of play, which would
be manageable if they weren't so inconsistent from a performance standpoint (excluding Carzola, who
is like the recent version of Rosicky — too bad, both will
be deeply missed)... in their places we need to bring in some proven performers with no history of injuries... up front, although I do like the possibilities that a player like Lacazette presents, the fact that we had to wait so many years to acquire some true quality at the striker position falls once again squarely at the feet of Wenger... this issue highlights the ultimate scam
being perpetrated by this club since the arrival of Kroenke: pretend your a small market club when it comes to making purchases but milk your fans like a big market club when it comes to ticket prices and merchandising... I believe the reason why Wenger hasn't pursued someone of Henry
's quality, minus a fairly inexpensive RVP,
was that he knew that they would demand players of a similar ilk to
be brought on board and that wasn't possible when the business model
was that of a «selling» club... does it really make sense that we could only make a cheeky bid for Suarez, or that we couldn't get Higuain over the line when he
was being offered up for half the price he eventually went to Juve for, or that we've only paid any interest to strikers who
were clearly not going to press their current teams to let them go to Arsenal like Benzema or Cavani...
just part of the facade that finally came crashing down when Sanchez finally called their bluff... the fact remains that no one wants to win more than Sanchez, including Wenger, and although I don't agree with everything that he has done off the field, I would much rather have Alexis front and center than a manager who has clearly bought into the Kroenke model in large part due to the fact that his enormous ego suggests that only he could accomplish great
things without breaking the bank... unfortunately that isn't possible anymore as the game has changed quite dramatically in the last 15 years, which has left a largely complacent and complicit Wenger on the outside looking in... so don't blame those players who demanded more and
were left wanting... don't blame those fans who have tried desperately to raise awareness for several years when cracks began to appear... place the blame at the feet of those who
were well aware all along of the potential pitfalls of
just such a plan but continued to follow it even when it
was no longer a financial necessity, like it ever really
was...
If anyone
is silly enough to take anything that Wenger says at face value then you have
been in a coma for the better part of 10 years or simply a season ticket holder that gladly renews each year in May when the talking heads from corporate Arsenal start their usual blather about the transfer market and the inevitable success that lies ahead... stop talking Wenger and start doing the very
things you and the rest of the suits
keep spewing each and every year...
just imagine how amazing this squad would
be if we even did half the
things that Gazidis claimed we would or if Wenger found a
way to sign even a third of the players he said he could... that
's exactly what Arsenal has become a «would have» «could have» club
There
were many matches where it looked like he
was the only one trying to make something happen and those around him went to sleep. He wants everyone to play with his strong mentality but little does he know that Arsenal
is mentally weak team.Do you think Alexis can repeat this sulking in other top clubs? It's only Arsenal that opens themselves uo for such
things in they
way we behave and play.That
being said I don't see the point in
keeping a player who doesn't want to play for you but a rival. It's
just sick.If I
was Wenger I would've sold him but at
am not.But mark my words we will
be vindicated by his performances for another club
just like the rest who left.
I think it has reached a point where enough
is enough.the only
way to save our club
is if all fans
are singing one
thing and
are together.there
is no
way we will anything while some guys sing only one arsene wenger and others wenger out.we need to open our eyes and sing one song altogether only then can we propel change that
is essential for our beloved club.if we
keep going on this road then some fans will cme and regret when our club
is officially a mid table team by then it would hve
been too late for change.i told guys and will
keep saying which club in there right mind would sell a key player of there squad with
just days to go before window
is shut.its clear we weren't intrested to invest into the market and yet again the club
is showing us how ambitionless they
are.sad but true our season has ended before it has even kicked off!!.
much like when a country can't divulge highly classified information publicly for obvious economic and military reasons, a professional soccer organization must
keep certain
things in - house so they don't devalue a player, expose a weakness, provide info that could give an opposing club leverage in future negotiations and / or give them vital intel regarding a future match, but when dishonesty becomes the norm the relationship between cub and fan will surely deteriorate... in our particular case, our club has done an absolutely atrocious job when it comes to cultivating a healthy and honest relationship with the media or their fans, which has contributed greatly to our lack of success in the transfer market... along with poor decisions involving weekly wages, we can't ever seem to get true market value for most of our outgoing players and other teams seem to squeeze every last cent out of us when we
are looking to buy; why wouldn't they, when you go to the table with such a openly desperate and dysfunctional team like ours, you have all the leverage; made even worse by the fact that who wouldn't want to see our incredibly arrogant and thrifty manager squirm during the process... the real issue at this club
is respect, a word that appears to
be entirely lost on those within our hierarchy... this
is the starting point from which all great relationships between club and supporters form... this doesn't mean that a team can't make mistakes along the
way, that
's just human nature, it
's about how they chose to deal with these situations that will determine if this relationship flourishes or devolves..
Can some one tell me why 4 -1 mid week Ozil in middle Oxy wide then he changes it a game that had Welbeck running at the goal keeper scores hatrick and then he plays Ozil on the right never touched the ball for 20 minutes and not one shot or attempt at goal The man Wenger has lost it surely he can't
keep changing
things and
just play the
way he wants It wouldn't mater who he buys he will still play that person out off position it
's like he thinks he knows best about a player like Ozil who
is a play maker not a tackler has not played that
way ever
is it
just me or
am I barking up the wrong tree CB
not really making the news, the atmosphere on last wednesday
was really strange, silent, step by step to normal football, but you can't throw away your thoughts immediately, I
just got a glimpse of Enkes personality during a film of him shown before the match, I can't realize how hard it must
be for his wife to lose him, tomorrow the players of Germans first Bundesliga will wear a black ribbon again, but I think it won't affect the atmosphere like it has with the national team despite of Hannover of course, people will
be enthousiastic again, but there
is the idea of an «Enke donation» which I like, will
keep his name alive, will take some positive emotions on this tragedy and a kind of appeal for everyone to reflect the important
things of life and control your own behaviour, I hope so at least, and I hope his wife will cope with that situation, and again: it
was really hard for the German nationl team to play under these circumstances, to lose someone close in this
way is hard to deal with, on the other hand it causes a close solidarity feeling I think, but of course the world will not change,
things are returning to the old soon, but nonetheless for me this tragedy
is a kind of human wake - up call, at least a call and then you continue
And I know material
things aren't everything but I've spent so much time and money into the house, which
is hers but we alayws split the bills, so now its like someone else
is gonna
be enjoyinbg what I've worked for.To answer your question, Its hard for me everyday, but I
just try to
keep thinking that I
am worth getting treated better then the
way she treated me.
I resolved years ago to bag the whole resolution

Breast or bottle, formula or breastmilk, it

Reading all these comments helps me to realize it pretty much
is a phase they

just roll around in the bed until he
is good and ready to fall back asleep and I have tried everything food baths massages a lot of cuddling but I
just have come to realize he
is his own person and has his own
way of doing
things and he will eventually grow out of this so moms and dads

SUNNY GAULT: Right and you know another
thing to point out
is especially out here I don't know in California these black out and stuff like that, you know the power goes off, what if you
just sleeping and your refrigerator
is no longer working and it
is really important to
keep that breast milk
way back,
way back as far as you can in your freezer and not right there on the door because you never know what could happen and it take so much, sometimes to express that breast milk and so we certainly don't want that go to waste, it
is that liquid gold.
I would say
just talk to them about the potty read up on babycenter about the different
things to help the process along because even if they
are not talking that much they still may give off many non verbal clues of having to go potty. However if they
are really not ready try potty training
keep a onesie on in the day time with their clothing and a blanket sleeper on at night that
way they hopefully won't
be able to get to the dirty diaper before you.My dd
is 19 months as well and I have
been training her sort of by letting her sit on the potty I have only let her use the one that goes on the big toilet but she peed in it once and she often will say she has to pee when in the bathroom but will sit and not do anything and get little pieces of tissue off the roll and push it into toilet this
is her renditon of wiping even though the tissue does not really come in contact with any areas that need to
be wiped I have slacked off on the training because she can not pull her pants up and down which
is on the list of
things kids need to
be able to do to go by themseleves.Maybe
just get them a few books and videos and a potty chair and talk to your dd's and see what happens you may
be surpised.HTH

I personally cycle through many kinds of exercise that I enjoy, and like to
keep it fresh by trying new
things all the time — but body weight workouts
are something I have relied on my whole life to
keep me in the game during interim periods, when the weather
was bad, when I
was traveling, or as a simple, low - maintenance
way to
just get my shred on when the gym felt too far away.
You'd have to get a bit of this on Amazon, a bit of that at your local health food store, some of another on a random oils website, figure out a
way to package it all in your home, and then
keep your fingers crossed that the final product
is actually not
just organic, but non-GMO, sustainably sourced, all - natural, toxin - free and, if you possess super sensitive skin like my wife Jessa, hypo - allergenic, meaning free of traces of
things like gluten and soy.
And for a vegan bodybuilder who must unfortunatelly play tetris with the food sources that he choses in order to give to his body the right ammounts of aminos, restricting SPI and soy foods so much does not make his goal any easier. There
are sometimes that you need a meal thats complete with aminos and soy provides that meal with the additional benefits of lacking the saturated fats trans cholesterol and other endothelium inflammatory factors.I
'm not saying that someone should go all the
way to 200gr of SPI everyday or consuming a kilo of soy everyday but some servings of soy now and then even every day or the use of SPI which helps in positive nitrogen balance does not put you in the cancer risk team, thats
just OVERexaggeration.Exercise, exposure to sunlight, vegan diet or for those who can not something as close to vegan diet, fruits and vegetables which contains lots of antioxidants and phtochemicals, NO STRESS which
is the global killer, healthy social relationships,
keeping your cortisol and adrenaline levels down (except the necessary times), good sleep and melatonin function, clean air, no radiation, away from procceced foods and additives like msg etc and many more that i can not even remember
is the key to longevity. As long as your immune system
is functioning well and your natural killer cells TP53 gene and many other cancer inhibitors
are good and well, no cancer will ever show his face to you. With that logic we shouldn't eat ANY ammount of protein and we should go straight to
be breatharians living only with little water and sunlight exposure cause you like it or not the raise of IGF1
is inevitable i know that raise the IGF1 sky high MAYBE
is not the best
thing but we
are not talking about external hormones and
things like this.Stabby raccoon also has a point. And even if you still worry about the consumption of soy... http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21711174.
That

The key to that certain je ne sais quoi
is to
keep things feeling and looking natural and to have the clothes complement you instead of taking over; it might have taken you several hours to pick out the outfit and make your
way out of the house, but when people see you walking down the street all they see
is ease and an «oh, I
just threw this on» air.
There

This game
is definitely aimed at the younger Pokemaniacs, but older fans like myself can still get enjoyment out of it if they
keep an open mind, it
's not as good as the first PokePark game do to looser controls and by
just not
being as much fun, but it manages to expand on what the first game offered in the
way of new content, for instance this time you don't
just play as Pikachu but also Tepig, Snivy, and Oshawott after you meet them, and you can switch between them on the fly anytime you want, and you'll need to use each of their special abilities in your adventure, it also adds side - scrolling sections and a few other new features to
keep things fresh, it also has some multiplayer attractions to play with so that
's also nice, and you'll still
be befriending all sorts of Pokemon
just like the last game, you also get free roam after the main quest so you can make sure to befriend them all, and it
's all adorable do to the cute graphics and world, even the loading screens
are adorable, and as a gamer who typically plays more serious and violent games it
was nice to spend time in the lighthearted PokePark with some of my favorite Pokemon, I recommend it and I definitely see myself returning in the days to come.
