We didn't actually lift a lot of weights in SEAL training, because there were so many of us in a SEAL team or in a SEAL training class, you

When you've got someone else with you it's much less intimidating to start using the gym, going to new classes, hitting the free weights or
just trying out new
exercise equipment (e.g.
kettlebells).
If lifting one

just as effective, then why do thousands of bodybuilders and athletes focus on basic compound barbell
exercises?
And then, the weightlifting
exercise I do is
kettlebell because I can
just go grab my
kettlebell and stand in my living room and pop that out in 20 or 30 minutes.
Hi Nicky, it's hard to
just give broad advice on
kettlebells because it really depends on what type of
exercises you're doing in the
kettlebell classes.
It really is, you can do sooo many
exercises with
just one
kettlebell, my post has only
just scratched the surface!
