This recipe somehow yields a bowl that tastes
just like oats, despite being made with egg whites and applesauce.
This breakfast porridge is full of good fats, protein, fiber, and vitamin C. It's sweet and chewy
just like oats but will be a little more friendly to your blood sugar and light on your tummy.

With the coconut water, it provides much needed electrolytes that are depleted, and I
just add extra protein and a source of carbs
like organic
oats.
We also don't eat meat so it's been a challenge, but it looks
like most of your recipes don't contain any of these — even the
oats (although I realise some do) I get so fedup with people telling me he needs to eat meat
just because he's allergic to all of these things and I've been muddling along but generally struggle with yummy meals to suit the whole family — these look

Insanely delicious!!!!! Would
just like to know if it is necessary to soak the
oats, chia seeds and flax seeds over night or is it sufficient to do it in the morning and let it stand for 5/10 mins???? I noticed that because of the chia seeds the mixture gets thick very fast and already tastes delicious and ready before I put it in the fridge overnight!

like using rolled
oats for added texture, but quick
oats should work
just fine!
Just like all of those recipes, this one starts with whole wheat flour and instant
oats.
Quick
oats are too fine and will act pretty much
just like flour.
It's
like a loaded bowl of overnight
oats, and can certainly fill you up, but it won't weigh you down in the same way if you
just want something light and refreshing.
Just like adding collagen to your coffee, mixing it into your
oats or porridge is another quick way to add it into your day without altering the flavor of what you are eating.
Its crusted with
just a tiny bit of sugar, but a lot of
oats, coconut, seeds and pretty much anything else wholesome you
like to mix into your granola.
I didn't have quite enough
oats, but by empyting out my museli container I had
just enough in total This would be yummy made with prunes and spices —
like a Xmas - flavoured bread pudding:!
I
just buy certified gluten free (since my family eats gluten free — if you're not gluten free, buy any
oats you
like!)
You can add whatever other toppings you
like,
just don't forget to put your
oats in the fridge the night before.
I wasn't a huge fan of the

The
oats absorb the milk overnight
just like they would in a hot pan over medium heat, and leave a beautiful thickened breakfast
just waiting for you.
The coconut and chia get nice and crunchy
just like nuts and
oats with a subtle sweetness from the raisins that leaves you feeling full and satisfied.
I don't
like to blend
just a milk very much, as it gets quite foamy and I prefer milk in more «solid» form, or if I make
oats or buckwheat groats using that milk and I do nt want to blend in the end.
I usually
just use porridge
oats, but I
like to use the buckwheat and rice flakes from time to time.
Also I see that rolled
oats are in this recipe but this seems
like a great thing to add to breakfast oatmeal
just to give it a variety of flavors.
What I
like is that even though I made them grain free because I'm cutting back on grains and not having any gluten right now, you could still add
oats and I think I'll do
just that next time I make them.

just as good for you as my usual bowl of fruity
oats.

price wise it wasn't that bad at all either... i only had the
oats, coconut butter and olive oil, so i had to buy all the rest, but i
just went to sunflower market and bought everything from the bulk bins, so total it was maybe $ 6, which i think is reasonable considering its making
like 8 or 10 cups of granola / cereal!

oats are,
just like there name says, very quick to cook, as they've been rolled even thinner than the rolled
oats above.
Ours has
just 1/4 teaspoon of sugar per 40g serve, with nutritious ingredients
like almonds,
oats and little sorghum puffs.

oats into a blender and blend until it looks
like flour, about 20 seconds.
Instant or quick
oats will
just turn to a powdery mush, so whatever you do, use rolled
oats which will absorb the non-dairy milk
like a sponge and create a pillowy, plump texture that simply can't be beat!
I didn't process my
oats at all, and my cookies turned out perfectly,
