just listened to your Keto Summit interview and you had a lot
to say about
gut health.
Once I decided
to stop
listening to everyone else and
just go with my
gut (with a bit of help from Dr. Sears, too), things got so much better.
And yet how many times have you ignored that feeling in the pit of your stomach only
to scream
to yourself I knew I should have

gut — something
just didn't «feel» right.

None of the dietary changes that we propose have loss of lactation as a typical result, but it's always best
to listen to your
gut and not make any abrupt changes while breastfeeding,
just to account for the very rare possibility that you do respond negatively.
