Sometimes I
just use some
yogurt for this sauce, then it is really a super quick recipe, but now I had a
lot of cashew creams left from the day before, so I thought
of trying it out with that, and I am so happy I did, it tastes amazing!
This granola recipe packs a
lot of crunch and
just imagine how awesome this is going to taste doused in almond milk or dolloped with heaps
of vegan
yogurt...
Just curious but would you also suggest subbing
yogurt for the applesauce like you did on a
lot of your muffin recipes?
I myself like to make a simple
yogurt cake with a
lot of plums sunk in the batter and
just eat that for pretty much every meal until it's gone, breakfast included.
Without a
lot of research,
just wild instinct, I started taking 1 tb turmeric in a 1/4 cup plain
yogurt with a teaspoon
of raw local honey.
I made up for it by offering smoothies disguised as milkshakes and offering
lots of yogurt and cheese, but I did worry for his calcium intake
just a little.
In addition, your child needs all the fat dairy can offer right now and full - fat
yogurt is sometimes hard to find, especially without
lots of added ingredients.The fewer ingredients the better —
just milk and live and active cultures is best — but if there is a small amount
of sugar or pectin in addition to fruit, this is better than a
lot of artificial ingredients.
So, should you load up your bowl with frozen
yogurt just because a
lot of people think it's healthier?
You would have to add a
lot more
of either to get the same protein boost you would with
just a little Greek
yogurt.
You might go through a phase where you're
just eating a ton
of salad, or you're eating
lots of avocados, or you're
just devouring watermelon, or you can't get enough
yogurt, or fish, or whatever the specific food is that you're drawn to.
