just so, which with gluten - free it is no big deal to beat away.

just made this using hazelnuts, subbed
organic sugar
cane for maple syrup in the filling and upped a bit the amount of lemon juice and it turned out SO GOOD OMG!

I didn't have maple sugar for the cake part, so I
just used
organic cane sugar and then a little extra maple.
I did use a semisweet
organic chocolate (sweetened with unrefined
cane juice) for the cup because that's what I had on hand but if you wanted this recipe to be entirely honey sweetened you could use a dark unsweetened bitter chocolate for the cups and I think it would be
just as good if not better!
