Phab 2 Pro, but it's all good news for the longevity of Project Tango — and even better news might be
just around the corner.

just like you do.

just recently, and it received quite mixed reviews, especially related to its design.

Phab 2 Pro, the first smartphone with Google's Tango 3D mapping camera, is on sale for $ 499.99 with over 35 apps made

The next best device was the Huawei Mate 9 which garnered 10 % of the votes, while the LG V20 had
just 6 % of the votes, and coming up last was the Lenovo
Phab 2 Pro with only 1 % of the votes.
The Snapdragon 652 - packing Lenovo
Phab 2 Pro is likely
just the consumer beginning for Google Tango, with SD820 phones built on the AR platform coming soon.
Just as a refresher, the
Phab 2 Pro came with 4 GB of RAM, but it was simply not enough to handle some of the Tango's demanding features.
Only irritating thing is that the basic
Phab 2 should have had at least FHD resolution and the
Phab 2 Pro should have been around 26 k. Lenovo should remember their correct Aukat and not pose like Samsung
just because they have bought Motorola
The first Google Project Tango smartphone by Lenovo called the
Phab 2 Pro might have
just gone on sale in the US, but it looks like another device could on the way.
The main thing here is that Lenovo are continuing the
Phab series (started with the first Lenovo
Phab Plus) as devoted exclusively for multimedia consumption (which no other manufacturer seems concerned about) Not
just the screen size but the curved glass (which makes the display seem larger), Tango, Dolby Audio — all are directed towards that

just one smartphone you can buy that has Google's Tango augmented reality camera technology; the Lenovo
Phab 2 Pro.
While the Lenovo
Phab 2 Pro is the only Tango phone currently available, ASUS
just announced the ZenFone AR at CES 2017 last week, for a launch later in 2017.
Wrapped in aluminum - colored Gunmetal gray, the
Phab 2 Pro will turn
just as many heads for its overall loveliness as well as its size.
Sadly, ASUS didn't have Tango functional on any of the AR units on display, but
just like the
Phab, the AR can sense the world around it and use that information in a collection of apps available through the Play Store.
Not
just any 2016 device, mind you, with official support webpages today confirming the worst nightmares of
Phab 2 Pro owners.
