It's tough to avoid everything nowadays, so
I just restrict my diet to those items I feel are safe (r) for the body.
That said an egg fast is not an extreme measure and it is
just restricting your diet to eggs, cheese and butter or other pure and healthy fats like MCT, olive or coconut oil, NOT bacon fat.
They can design a customized plan that improves your overall health rather than
just restricting your diet.
