Anyways, I took a moment last night, when everyone was
in bed, and I was
up late trying to get things done (like usual), to
sit in front of the Christmas tree and reflect, and slow down for
just five minutes and remember why I am doing all of this.
In late summer the sun is coming

We put the
bed in the lowest position for the beginning and
just left the front drop down piece down until our daughter could
sit up.
I instead have been attempting the cry
in my arms (before I even read the article you
just sent:)-RRB-, cuddles, nursing
sitting up rather than laying down, or
just plain rocking, then once DS falls alseep he's gently placed
in his cot at the foot of our
bed to peacefully sleep for at least the first half of the night.
We had one, when she was born; and there it
sat in the room that she shares with her big sister, unused, taking
up space that was really needed for other things, because it was easier to
just change her
in the living room floor, on the couch, on our
bed — wherever we happened to be when we needed to change her.
Nothing else seems to make her go to sleep so when she does wake
up after I stop nursing I have been telling her that she can
just have some quiet time
in her
bed with some books and her soft toys while I
sit in her room and read because everyone needs a break so we have lots of energy to play
in the afternoon.
But with an
in -
bed co sleep product, you can
just sit up, reach into the sleeper next to you, and find your child
in the dark.
Ask him to help pick
up around the house even while you
just lay
in bed or
sit on the couch.
Not during the exercise, but it'll creep
up slowly the next day, and it's not severe — until I wake
up up the next morning, when the pain is bad enough that
just rolling over or
sitting up in bed is really hard.

My ideal for the B&B feeling is a lot like what you've said already ~ I like a lot of pillows on our
bed when it's made
up; I like to have a throw
in there at the end of the
bed; we have an upholstered chair to
sit in; and really,
just not having a lot of stuff out makes it a simple, uncluttered, relaxing room to be
in.
We did a downsize back
in May... so far most things are working fine, but we have the 3rd bedroom that is the multi-purpose room (tv / computer / craft / guest room) which we are still working on... we
just purchased a futon for the room and got rid of my son's mates
bed as the
bed took
up lots of space and we had no where to
sit when watching tv, and for the amount of time he is home or we have guests it will suffice for sleeping on... I am
in the process of working on the closet as it is still stuffed with things that need to find a home
in the house, and I am trying to organize where to keep the craft supplies and also organize the computer area so that they work better... I have lot of wall space that I am thinking of putting shelves on as that will take things off the floor that are currently using
up valuable space... So this is my project for the fall, and I hopefully will have it done by Xmas!!
