A friend of
mine just saw this play out as she was offered a sizable promotion with considerably more responsibility — yet just an 8 percent raise because of arbitrary pay caps.

Just so you know I'm not scared to say it like people here.I rank him with the likes of Chamakh and other average strikers who are
just being given world class service upfront.I wish he never
plays for Arsenal again and its agonising when I ever
see him
play.France is going
out to be honest and it ai nt because he isnt gonna
play.

just see from the FA Cup which is the only league he can mange and placed the players he want the only thing is to sack him
out then the club will start doing well that is my thought as a young Arsenal fan forever thanks am from Uganda
I've always maintained my stance that Arsene Wenger loves French players in his team than any other players. No matter how average you are once you're French and once you're in the first team he tends to give you so many chances to prove yourself.I can start mentioning them if you want me to but I know you know them.If Lucas Perez was French he wouldn't have been
out so early believe me.I
just don't know where to begin. Was Giroud bought to become a super sub or to be the leading striker?Having giving us many sesons of failure people are now content with him being a so called super sub.A player like Giroud is not built for that kind of role.He ws a super sub in 99 % of those matches because he was not
played when he was supposed to and we needed presence in the air.The funny thing is people are using only this season to label him as a super sub. There were so many matched that Wenger should have started Giroud but for some reason didn't start him.I only
see Arsenal as the top club who'd be crying over Giroud. If a good offer comes we should sell.

2) No leaders across the pitch: Özil for all the money is no leader but a technically gifted player who can split a defense with an exquisite vision and pass, Sanchez for all the dribbles as the potential but is not there yet, Cazorla will never be in the conversation, Mertesacker is not fit to be one anymore, Coquelin for all the good he has done is too tender and inexperience, Giroud no WC player to assume the role... the only one who can seriously be a leader is Wilshere but unfortunately until he becomes consistent and set the tone with his talent and passion... 3) Mertesacker is a shell of himself and it would be an embarrassment to
see him continue to
play in his current form, get Gabriel
out just for the sake of showing anybody in this team that there's no place for under performers: we paid good money to get him so
play him!
I get a kick
out of
seeing older (hell, I'm only like 5 years older than him), hard - nosed guys still making big

its Money cause if it was trophy's it have be Man City my guess I think pep don't like how Sanchez is acting if I was Man City fan I wouldn't want him I use love Sanchez but he's true colors are showing arsenal have try offer nice package now I think he's been bit greedy with everything but who can blame him we're shambles from top too bottom I don't care where he goes I don't care we're ozil goes and by looking at lacasette he looks like he wants
out as promises have been broke he came
play with Sanchez and ozil and he gets welbeck and iwobi not fair really, I
just want wenger gone because them players are not
playing for him a lot is not rite and we as fans are paying for it but I don't care anymore don't care who leaves who comes in club is dead watch Liverpool yesterday boy was I envy ahwell let's
see what happens
There is of course optimism and hope that he can be our version of someone like Denzel Perriman of the Bolts or Deion Jones of the Falcons but that is all it is, a hope borne

plays.
Szczesny is talking pure sense, our team
just trains like any other day and goes for the match to
play the Arsenal way, they don't really prepare based on opponents, they
play the same way everyday, if it works
out Wenger will be regarded as a genius, but most of the times we
see what happens, that's why we are now 14 years trophyless in the EPL (before the AKBs come and starts comparing us to Everton and Spurs,
just know that we are not in their level, compare us to the Manchester clubs and Chelsea)

Today interested me, we pressed collectively and very well, forcing Stoke into mistake after mistake, but it was more than that, we
saw Cazorla, Coquelin even Koscielny striking from far
out, I think I counted 5 or 6 times where we
just played the simple ball over the top looking for Walcott, it will be interesting to
see if this was
just a one off, desperate as we were to get a goal at home.
See how poor nacho monreal was today yet people never criticize him.Gibbs should start over him next week.Yet people would say things like Gibbs is shit despite him being very consistent for arsenal. The only problem to me with Gibbs is that sometimes in some matches he gets caught
out too much apart from that he is a better left back than Monreal and when both are at full pelt Gibbs is still better.I
just do nt get it i watch the two of them
play and i do nt know what makes Monreal better than him.
We didn't have any predictions, we
just wanted to
see the season
play out.
In wenger we trust COYG u spoilt little brats, you muppets ain't even been tested in your arsenal fan career never
seen your club finish lower then fourth every year we
play in cl against the big boys and you lot act like were in crisis and things are so bad wow I'm beyond belief
just can't get my head around the way you lot act sometimes step back a bit a think a little you twats most of you in your life time have never
seen your team finish lower then fourth yes fûc #ing fourth most of you don't even no what it's like to be a real fan wen your team are struggling finishing mid table and still saying you love the club and protect them never in my life have I heard a generation of arsenal fans critise manager players board everything about our club wen things our knowere near as bad as you make
out to be and could be.
Fair
play to him scoring 8
out of 8 matches but his major problems are the facts he needs 5 clear cut chances before putting one away,
just like with the opening match against Romania, he already missed 3 sitters before netting, I will love to
see the stats and look at how many chances he had in these 8 games before scoring the 8, probably 20 to be conservative.....
cazorla — great player,
just as with wilshere always injured ramsey — needs to
play like he does for wales week in week
out if not next season upgrade welbeck — cant
see what he offers and lacazette / giroud looks way better, lots of injuries, do nt forget man u did nt want him in the first place.
when you watch arsenal
play, even if they have scored you are
just worried because anything can happen. The so called manager has reduced that club to nothing.Am praying so hard to
see this old man
out.
I
just think he felt pressured to start attacks from the back and to always
play the ball
out on the ground (cause that's what Mert does and people don't
see it).
There many good managers that can replace wenger but his loyal fans
just can't
see, they keep saying no 1 available to replace him, we have been
seeing the same scenario
playing out every season but some fans
just can't
see it
just as our manager can't
see it.
stats will be unfair welbeck has constantly been
played out of position he has never had a long crack in cf so lets
see how he gets on
just get behind the lad he may come good.
Clubs need experienced and cool headed players and arteta I's
just that he would be perfect to bring off the bench when were
seeing games
out or
playing him in a 3 man midfield when we need to dictate
play and keep possession.
Would Henry have missed the shot Giroud has, and Im not
just talking about yesterday (Re the Monaco game as
just one example) Walcott goes missing and seems terrified of getting too involved in tackles or any rough
play that goes on and is NOT a natural striker, Welbeck has a lot of heart but
just does nt have the talent, Sanchez is knackered, Ozil is getting fed up with it (look to
see if he wants to go elsewhere this summer) Ramsey is missing in action too and looks unlikely to pull himself
out of this rut any time soon, belerine looks jaded Mertsaker is too slow and Gabriel too stupid........
In the second leg, when the match is already lost and no hope, the players will
play their hearts
out and maybe draw or loose narrowly and some wenger fans will be like the team tried and gave their all and will say Giroud is improving and that we should wait until next season and
see the real Giroud and we don't need new signings and we
just need to concede less goals.
If you're

just pass the grid around your Super Bowl party and get people to pay in, filling

see fit).
Arsenal I really feel sorry for us.It's gonna take a while for us to win something with this mentality. The more I talk of Giroud the more angrier I get.But seriously after four years are we still talking of this guy.As I said it's part of life. Some make the cut some
just don't make the cut.But hey you will always have people who refuse to open their eyes to the truth.Arsenal needs a savior somebody who can step up and put it in there.Maybe the savior is hiding in our club bu he's not been unleashed yet or maybe he's
out there so we have to get him.Until then all I
see in my eyes is average written over this guy.Maybe you
see something special in his
play but I don't.
This is an incredibly difficult question to answer for a variety of reasons, most importantly because over the years our once vaunted «beautiful» style of
play has become a shadow of it's former self, only to be replaced by a less than stellar «plug and
play» mentality where players
play out of position and adjustments / substitutions are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute... if you look at our current players, very few would make sense in the traditional Wengerian system... at present, we don't have the personnel to move the ball quickly from deep - lying position, efficient one touch midfielders that can make the necessary through balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards to stretch defences into wide positions, without the aid of the backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes in the same clinical fashion we did years ago... on this current squad, we have only 1 central defender on staf, Mustafi, who seems to have any prowess in the offensive zone or who can even pass two zones through so that we can advance
play quickly
out of our own end (I have
seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive qualities but too early to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency to get himself in trouble when he gets overly aggressive on the ball... from our backs
out wide, we've
seen pace from the likes of Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted
play of Monreal, but none of these players possess the skill - set required in the offensive zone for the new Wenger scheme which requires deft touches, timely runs to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud was
playing and his ratio of scored goals per clear chances was relatively low (better last year though)... obviously I like Bellerin's future prospects, as you can't teach pace, but I do worry that he regressed last season, which was obvious to Wenger because there was no way he would have used Ox as the right side wing - back so often knowing that Barcelona could come calling in the off - season, if he thought otherwise... as for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the more confident Xhaka I watched
played for the Swiss national team a couple years ago, who truly makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the ball too long, gives the ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities on a regular basis (doesn't score enough recently to justify): that being said, I've always thought he does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka is a little too slow to ever boss the midfield and he tends to telegraph his one true strength, his long ball
play: although I must admit he did get a bit better during some points in the latter part of last season... it always made me wonder why whenever he
played with Coq Wenger always seemed to
play Francis in a more advanced role on the pitch... as for Coq, he is way too reckless at the wrong times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself in and around the box far too often... let's face it Wenger was ready to throw him in the trash heap when injuries forced him to use Francis and then he had the nerve to act like this was all part of a bigger Wenger constructed plan... he like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary to satisfy the quick transitory nature of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive players can remain aggressive in the final third... on the front end, we have Ozil, a player of immense skill but stunted by his physical demeanor that tends to offend, the fact that he's been
played out of position far too many times since arriving and that the players in front of him, minus Sanchez, make little to no sense considering what he has to offer (especially Giroud);
just think about the quick counter-attack offence in Real or the space and protection he receives in the German National team's midfield, where teams couldn't afford to focus too heavily on one individual... this player was a passing «specialist» long before he arrived in North London, so only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent with the necessary components... in regards to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I
see them in large part as headless chickens who are on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair to warrant their inclusion in a regular starting eleven; I would say that, of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we went to a back 3, but even he became a bit too consumed by his pending contract talks before the season ended and that concerned me a bit... if I had to choose one of those 3 players to stay on it would be Ox due to his potential as a plausible alternative to Bellerin in that wing - back position should we continue to use that formation... in Sanchez, we get one of the most committed skill players we've
seen on this squad for some years but that could all change soon, if it hasn't already of course... strangely enough, even he doesn't make sense given the constructs of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the ball too long and he will give the ball up a little too often in the offensive zone... a fact that is largely forgotten due to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem to justify the means... finally, and in many ways most crucially, Giroud, there is nothing about this team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would even suggest such a player would make sense as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and, at times, has showed some world - class qualities but he's lack of mobility is an albatross around the necks of our offence... so when you ask who would be our best starting 11, I don't have a clue because of the 5 or 6 players that truly deserve a place in this side, 1
just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the other was
just sold to Juve... man, this is theraputic because following this team is like an addiction to heroin without the benefits
this window has
just finished i am already thinking about who we will get for the january window we might try for khedira on a really low offer as he is free agent almost would help boost numbers in midfield in the new year as we will no doubt need to filling the numbers about then also i will hold my hands up and say i was wrong this morning for giving wenger stick and saying welbeck is rubbish i have been
out in the cold light of day and had a chance to reevaluate the situation and realized that this could be a canny shrew transfer on wenger behalf actually if wenger can turn the clock back and work his magic on welbeck and get him scoring goals and improve his game then we could have a great underrated signing on our hands its wengers absolute trust in him that might be what makes him a great player as this is something that he never had at old mordor if anybody can make him a world beater wenger can he loves this little pet projects improving players against the odds welbeck has the skillset to be high class player upfornt he
just needs to work very hard on his finishing i think once he gets a few goals under his belt he will settle in fine and he is a team player you could put him on the left against man city to shore up that side and he will put in a great shift without a complaint that could be his biggest asset to us or on the right whenever we need him there ithinkwenger might start himon the left against city to protect the left back against navas and i bet you if he does a great job we will take a shine to him quickly i am hopeing he will be one of those wenger gems that he finds and polishes up to a high finish i must admit i was annoyed as some other gunners were at not signing d / m and c / h but if wenger does win the league with this lot it will be his greatest win yet and what might
play in to our hands is the unpredictable nature of the league in the last few seasons if we get on a good run at the right time we might be hard to stop look at city they should have never lost to stoke but the result is there in black and white for all to
see and i think chelsea will hit the skids after a while to
just because cesc and costa are doing well now thats there main threat but teams will work
out how to stop them as the season goes on and chelsea will become predictable i think we might
just do well this season after all
We will
just have to wait and
see how the rain
plays out during the afternoon.
