just microwaved the cream cheese and milk until it was warm and stirred in the rest of the ingredients, taste like cream cheese icing, really good on top of the pancakes... which turned out amazing.
I made a few changes: I used all plain flour (that's all I had), sheep's milk yogurt (I bought it to try and it's weird / gross so I made these to use it up), a little bit of coconut oil in replace of about a quarter of the butter because I didn't want to open a new
packet of butter (I'm
just lazy:P), and I used 4
small apples instead of 2 big (gasp!).
What I do instead is use either a very
small touch of organic maple syrup or a half
packet of natural stevia to
just lightly sweeten my coffee.
But it was from him - with his cool, long sideburns and aviator sunglasses, his
packet of unfiltered Camels, and box of watercolor paints (and artist's paycheck)- from him we learned how to create beauty where none exists, how to be generous beyond our means, how to change a
small corner of the world
just by making a little dinner for a few friends.
