just stand over the stove and shovel it from the saucepan to your mouth.

Do you know when you've made a dish, and you taste it, and it is
just WAY better than you thought it was going to be, and so in your state of shock you consume half the dish
standing over the
stove?
The prep takes the longest but it's 2 hours at most and it's not
standing over a hot
stove, in between I'm doing something else while things cook usually and then
just cleaning up after I've stored them away.
As much as I love cooking sometimes you
just want to throw it all together and not
stand over the
stove.
