just stick to the topic and be a little optimistic is beyond me.
So avoid any sales copy and
just stick to the topic in question.

Just because this is April Fools» month I'm determined
to stick to my pre-planned
topic — the role of the fool in real estate.
I found that the biggest obstacle for myself while trying
to get started is the lack of support the older and «wiser» people (whom interestingly are
stuck in a day
to day job) telling you
to be realistic and that you're being naive while your friends
just stare blankly at you when you mention real estate and then change the
topic to gossip about who's dating who.
