Just more dead cat
talk that distracts from wenger's failure
to upgrade by getting rid of average
players who we all know can't deliver trophies even in a weak year... And EPL and cl were both that last year... Walcott Campbell Gibbs ox and mert should all have gone by now... Draxler Rodriguez subotic (there are better though) could have come in as all are actually available with a net spend of very little... Then focus on goal scorer and splash the cash... Would still go for for the borrusia guy but if wenger shows no intent nothing will happen
anything other than a fantastic on these 2 fronts I see as an excuse
to explain away another failure and another choke up... so Wenger, kindly shove all that stats on possession etc where the sun don't shine, you are full of bs,
just like the majority of the lottery winners we call out
players... all
talk and nothing else.....

just polite
talk, many here think UNTD will be fighting for EPL, i think they will fight for top 4, you

players is big part esspecialy in midfield, they bought new mid,

talks to his team before any match, I don't think he even uses any tactics, he doesn't even assign any

just submits the team sheet and goes

Arsene Wenger is the cause of his own problems. Why did he sell Gabriel?A

Every sport book today is computerized, Back in my day money always moved the line if a
player was respected, and if the squares tossed enough money on a game most books would move the line a little, However the big books would
just sit and even take layoffs from the small stores, They knew even if the squares got hot in the end the juice would eat em up.Gone are the days when Billy Walters and his crew would move the line 3 and 4 points, I'm
talking sides not totals, Forget about what they did
to the horseshoe with totals in the NBA, Back then you could catch small non computerized stores with bad lines
to begin with, imagine a three point move and the small store or corner bookie is off on the line a few points
to begin with, I could catch some game with 6 and seven point advantages, with computers today if you can catch a half or one point advantage your lucky.Even if you know the group moving the line most of these store move the lines on air, when I say air they
just watch the screen from D.B. And move the line before they even get hit, Hell even the big stores have the sharps on small limits per call.

IMO, diaby was
to much gift than wilshere... the truth is wilshere jas a nice dribble an avereage pass and an awfull shoot... he has a lot of energy and playa with his hearth... the last was the best of his qualities... he is a fan, so he can die for the team... but
talking about football quality, diaby was a lot better... diaby was absoulutly outstanding each time he plays... inteligent
player, dribbling, pace, strenght, great pass, great shot... losing him was a very low kick, one of those things that wenger was not guiltt but victim (one of
just a few)

to keep their existing
players with one or two additions
to strengthen and some salary rises
to keep the elite, and Arsenal will go head
to head with the likes of Burnley Everton Leicester for average
players signature, and the board will make sure even if they replace AW they will replace him with AW No2 who will do what the board decides on who and how much
to spend
Yeah I agree — I'd rather see him at a team which isn't almost guaranteed
to win the title (Barcelona with Xavia / Iniesta / Messi etc. bossing
just about everything, Bayern with every good
player who was playing in Germany) before people
talk about him seriously

Danny is a 15 minute
player, after 15 minutes of each game he
just disappears and all he does is run, close down, lose passes, he
just does not give much as a striker, we down
talk Giroud but he gives us more than danny, he will work hard, assist, score sometimes and bring this team mates into play... Welbeck has got the worst link up play ever, his first touch is so bad, whenever the ball gets
to him we know it won't stick and that means he will be chasing down the ball due
to his poor first touch.
Should this even be a topic?Giroud is a
player of average quality always surrounded by good players.I
just don't get. It's as if only Arsenal fans rate him. This was a
player who was bought
to be the leading striker at Arsenal and after his years of failure which many deny he's now become a super sub?How laughable is that. From failure
to super sub.If the so called world class striker we're signing goes out with an injury for about five months who comes in then.It seems
to me people lack vision. Why is it always Giroud Giroud Giroud? After so many seasons people are still debating what souldn't even be debatable.I've lost count of the number of times he's been
talked about here. This is the problem with our club. It's
just not ruthless.This is a
player who should have been gone long ago but due
to him being French he still gets the chances. We won't miss him when he goes and I'd like
to see if he'd stand out in a smaller club.
But as your comment has
just proved, you will disrespect him and call him names, but in 2 second when an article is written about your favorite Arsenal
player (Ozil) you will dry yourself
to bed
talking about, «Aww I am so sad, Ozil is being played out of position as a winger»..
We have been out of the league title for 10 years (not
talking about the Champions leagues, that is
just an utter impossibility... We don't have the managers nor the
players, so let's forget it) and nowhere near
to grab it.
This is an incredibly difficult question
to answer for a variety of reasons, most importantly because over the years our once vaunted «beautiful» style of play has become a shadow of it's former self, only
to be replaced by a less than stellar «plug and play» mentality where
players play out of position and adjustments / substitutions are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute... if you look at our current
players, very few would make sense in the traditional Wengerian system... at present, we don't have the personnel
to move the ball quickly from deep - lying position, efficient one touch midfielders that can make the necessary through balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards
to stretch defences into wide positions, without the aid of the backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes in the same clinical fashion we did years ago... on this current squad, we have only 1 central defender on staf, Mustafi, who seems
to have any prowess in the offensive zone or who can even pass two zones through so that we can advance play quickly out of our own end (I have seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive qualities but too early
to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency
to get himself in trouble when he gets overly aggressive on the ball... from our backs out wide, we've seen pace from the likes of Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted play of Monreal, but none of these
players possess the skill - set required in the offensive zone for the new Wenger scheme which requires deft touches, timely runs
to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud was playing and his ratio of scored goals per clear chances was relatively low (better last year though)... obviously I like Bellerin's future prospects, as you can't teach pace, but I do worry that he regressed last season, which was obvious
to Wenger because there was no way he would have used Ox as the right side wing - back so often knowing that Barcelona could come calling in the off - season, if he thought otherwise... as for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the more confident Xhaka I watched played for the Swiss national team a couple years ago, who truly makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the ball too long, gives the ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities on a regular basis (doesn't score enough recently
to justify): that being said, I've always thought he does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka is a little too slow
to ever boss the midfield and he tends
to telegraph his one true strength, his long ball play: although I must admit he did get a bit better during some points in the latter part of last season... it always made me wonder why whenever he played with Coq Wenger always seemed
to play Francis in a more advanced role on the pitch... as for Coq, he is way too reckless at the wrong times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself in and around the box far too often... let's face it Wenger was ready
to throw him in the trash heap when injuries forced him
to use Francis and then he had the nerve
to act like this was all part of a bigger Wenger constructed plan... he like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary
to satisfy the quick transitory nature of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed
to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive
players can remain aggressive in the final third... on the front end, we have Ozil, a
player of immense skill but stunted by his physical demeanor that tends
to offend, the fact that he's been played out of position far too many times since arriving and that the
players in front of him, minus Sanchez, make little
to no sense considering what he has
to offer (especially Giroud);
just think about the quick counter-attack offence in Real or the space and protection he receives in the German National team's midfield, where teams couldn't afford
to focus too heavily on one individual... this
player was a passing «specialist» long before he arrived in North London, so only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try
to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent with the necessary components... in regards
to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I see them in large part as headless chickens who are on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair
to warrant their inclusion in a regular starting eleven; I would say that, of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we went
to a back 3, but even he became a bit too consumed by his pending contract
talks before the season ended and that concerned me a bit... if I had
to choose one of those 3
players to stay on it would be Ox due
to his potential as a plausible alternative
to Bellerin in that wing - back position should we continue
to use that formation... in Sanchez, we get one of the most committed skill
players we've seen on this squad for some years but that could all change soon, if it hasn't already of course... strangely enough, even he doesn't make sense given the constructs of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the ball too long and he will give the ball up a little too often in the offensive zone... a fact that is largely forgotten due
to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem
to justify the means... finally, and in many ways most crucially, Giroud, there is nothing about this team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would even suggest such a
player would make sense as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and, at times, has showed some world - class qualities but he's lack of mobility is an albatross around the necks of our offence... so when you ask who would be our best starting 11, I don't have a clue because of the 5 or 6
players that truly deserve a place in this side, 1
just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the other was
just sold
to Juve... man, this is theraputic because following this team is like an addiction
to heroin without the benefits
As far as I was aware we
just didn't have
to name them in the list, this comes with the consequence of not being able

You went on
to talk about lack of rotation is reason for injuries forgetting that the season is
just 7 games old!!!!!!!!! How could rotation have led

i would have thought if we are only getting in c / h wenger will go quite big in who it might be i have got my money on a # 15 million +
player,
to come in as we will need that price range of quality
to come in
to compete and maybe displace mert, or at least allow him
to rest for a few games we do nt know who wengers
talking to in the back ground but i am sure all the scouts have been busy and its
just asking clubs for availability after that.
We are being told all the time if he finds «exceptional
players» and i see that as an excuse not
to bring in new
players and believe in what we have which are not good enough if we are
talking about winning EPL — we have few
players who were not supposed
to be around if we are serious in competing — Arteta, Rosicky and Flamini
just few
to name.
Its not
just the
players demand we are
talking about, we also have their agents
to deal with, if you watched Wenger's interview with Bien sports on his 20 years anniversary, he explained a lot on
players acquisition and contracts.
I
just don't even knoe what goes through Wenger's head.A
player keeps playing and causing harm
to the team and yet is allowed
to play every week when there are far better
players on the bench.Xhaka is so bad and I wish he never signed for Arsenal in the first place. If we're going
to talk about potential I think Niles has more potential than Xhaka and is already the much better
player.
