As far as freezing goes, once they're set I
just placed them in air - tight
tupperware, and separated any layers with a sheet of parchment paper.
I assemble everything ahead of time with the exception of the lemon - I
just put a wedge in my
tupperware.
Once I've made one or two, I usually
just store the black beans in a
tupperware and this meal becomes a regular thing for 2 or 3 days.
I usually
just dump my oatmeal in
tupperware if I need it to be on the go, but muffins sound like a much less messy alternative.
I found that layering the cookies between sheets of parchment paper and placing in a
tupperware but not completely sealing the lid was the perfect storage method (though the addition of whole wheat flour may have made them
just a touch less «wet» and easier to store).

If you're in a rush and don't have time to throw together a sandwich,
just put a mix of meats, vegetables, and crackers into a sectioned - off
tupperware container and let your kid do the rest.
(If I could
just get my hubby to bring home the sandwhich - sized
tupperware containers, we'd be golden!!!)

tupperware, visit second - hand stores for cloth napkins... it's hard to get excited about «be a green parent» articles, blog entries, and websites that
just tell us to go buy something b / c it is green... even the Waste Free Lunch website tries to sell us on how much less it costs to pack a lunch, saying that cloth napkins, lunch bag, reusable containers and thermoses don't cost anything while tabulating the cost of paper / disposable versions... but there is an initial layout, so that argument doesn't hold my attention.
Our youngest has a little
tupperware bottle with a built in straw for water during car trips but I have
just taught all my kids to use cups right off the bat.

I knew I wasn't going to need a lot of paint, so I used a paint sample that was
