just wrong.
Go to school and learn basic English comprehension, like I said, you are
just an uneducated moron pandering for meaningless
upvotes, you have nothing upstairs... my facts are verifiable and the sources include Minstry of Finance, Central Bank of Nigeria, Presidency and Ministry of Justice archives.
