I like to make my own chocolates using coconut oil — usually I use raw cacao, but this recipe is way easier — because instead of making it all from scratch,
I just use chocolate chips and coconut oil.
So, next time I'll
just use chocolate chips to avoid the issue of cutting through chocolate chunks.
Speaking of chocolate chips, you can actually make this skillet cookie any time of year and
just use chocolate chips in place of the Mini Eggs.
