It is important that you

just reach your top rep range (6).
It would be great to find an objective and science based book on this subject, as I find exercise like
weight lifting (
just to be toned and muscular, not for professional
heavy weight lifting) more strenuous compared to when I
used to consume animal based protein.

just one more for you though, Ive been squatting low bar style successfully for the last year but all of a sudden Im getting excruciating pain in my lower biceps during the squat and after when

using just your upper body is ridiculous and inefficient; the hips are far better at propelling
weights up to the clean position.
