I didn't notice any variations in stereo image when switching back and forth between the two,
just volume differences.

Turbo mode is a bass boosted, higher
volume setting that actually revs like a car engine when pressed so you know it's on, but you'll immediately hear the
difference and it's
just plain fun for a dance party or to get more room filling sound.
