Dogs don't need grain, so it's
just wasted calories.
To my mind, carbs and fats in protein powders are
just wasted calories that are better allotted to whole foods.

PPLRWRD Considering that we
waste about 30 % of our over-supply of food here in the USA due to
just letting it rot, or throwing away the blemished parts that starving people would be happy to have; and that we eat so much that we actually have a problem burning off all the extra
calories, would you call that sinful?
I have got this down to a fine art now & can easily get around the 500
calorie mark with soups on the menu, I've gone a little soup loopy but they are
just so easy and delicious, plus you can use up any lingering vegetables from the fridge so less
waste!
Frying is not
just bad because it destroys more nutrition, and oil is such a
waste of

You can always make something at home that you truly love, so don't

If you're a firm believer of «I have to eat back every single
calorie I burn exercising» and If you're exercising mainly
just to lose weight then can't you clearly see how It's a
waste of time to exercise if you're going to eat back every
calorie you burn?
The simple answer is that — yes, you do get good quality from foods such as eggs, meat, fish and nuts but much of the protein in food is not converted into body protein — it
just makes
waste that the body has to get rid of plus extra
calories.
The end result of excess protein intake is then
just the same 4
calories per gram as carbohydrates plus some mildly toxic metabolic
waste products.
Sadly, her considerable talent is
wasted, and unfortunately for all concerned,
just as the marriage it portrays, «The Story of Us» comes up as empty as the
calories in the schmaltz it so closely resembles.
