I say this not to be negative or downplay what you're saying, as I've seen it work for lots of writers, but only to broaden the point that not everyone is capable of that upfront investment, and as hopelessly impatient I can be at times, this is an issue than «
just writing more books» will not solve regarding indie publishing in the big picture sense.
