The boys enjoy theirs with
spaghetti and my Husband and I will either have
zucchini noodles or sometimes even
just loaded with grated cheese.
After cooking the
zucchini (and putting it in this pizza stuffed
spaghetti squash), I have to say — it wasn't
just an advertising ploy.
Not sure if we get the
spaghetti squash here but if not, I'll look for kelp noodles or
just use angel - hair
zucchini.
If I used
zucchini noodles in place of the
spaghetti squash, would I sauté the «noodles» first, or
just toss them with the mixture raw (since everything will simmer together for 8 - 10 min)?
You don't need a special diet necessarily to change things up — besides, it's

just a bit further and added some fresh veggies to it... red pepper, squash and
zucchini... dinner was complete.

Beans do have a nice neutral taste that lends well to this kind of thing, but if you're trying to fool a picky eater —
just like if you spiralize a
zucchini and say it's
spaghetti — you will not.
