Changes brought about by relocation of parent may, in given case, be sufficient to
justify change in custody; result depends upon circumstances of each case.
The likely impact of the proposed move on the noncustodial parent's relationship with the children is a relevant factor in determining whether the move would cause detriment to the children and, when considered in light of all of the relevant factors, may be sufficient to
justify a change in custody.
A change in the custodial parent's residence is not in itself a substantial change in circumstances affecting the welfare [384 S.C. 106] of the children that
justifies a change in custody.

change in the cost of childcare or health insurance, one of the parents has become permanently disabled, or
custody or your parenting time order is

(c) A

The custodial parent's decision to move from Oklahoma to a different location with the child is not
in itself a
change of circumstances which will
