Whilst reducing that mixture add a pinch of salt to boiling water

and ever since my colonoscopy a few years ago i've been very meticulous about what i eat there are always greens in the house i always reach

kale and spinach alternately
and substituted cauliflower or broccoli
for the zucchini.
The second time I made it I used half
spinach and half
kale for a little something different.
I use almond milk, banana, berries,

for iron).
I substituted
kale for the
spinach and added bacon.
By switching out the squash
for say, chickpeas
and swapping
kale for spinach, you've just made a completely new meal!

As a lactose intolerant person, I have found
