This Kale Apple Salad with Dijon Vinaigrette can be made in advance without
the kale leaves wilting or getting soggy.

Pull the
leaves off the thyme and add them to the pan along with the salt, pepper and
kale, then turn down the heat and let the
kale wilt.

will notice the

will want to remove the leafy part from the stem and juice the
leaves only.
