Most kids (and grown ups for that matter) love apples, cranberries and pistachios so much that they'll get past the fact that there's a little
kale mixed in there.

in this kind of food and life philosophy and although is impossible to find some of the ingredients here
in Brazil, like hemp seeds (they are forbidden) as well as
kale, dates and pine nuts, because of you I'm doing great on
mixing what I can find at the supermarket.
Living
in Germany at the moment and
kale isn't
in the supermarkets yet but substituted it with some delicious pointed cabbage instead, and you can't get black beans anywhere here, but
mixed white beans, kidney beans, chickpeas worked a treat.
The flavours
in this are so great too — the
mix of sesame, ginger, chilli and coriander with spring onions, peppers,
kale and mushrooms is just so delicious.
