The Vegan Burger is made from plant - based gardein ™ and an umami - flavored veggie
patty that our chefs mix with red
quinoa,
kale and shiitake mushrooms that have been seasoned with garlic, onions and miso, topped with dairy - free Daiya mozzarella, avocado, tomato, arugula, and onion on an onion, poppy seed bun.
Ginger, garlic, mint and a touch of garam masala all work perfectly with the
quinoa,
kale and fava (broad) bean base... so good in fact, that I couldn't help myself from eating, ahem, a little lots of the mixture before shaping them into
patties!
