I am not afraid to try to make new foods and I found that I love
kale so much that it is usually incorporated into my breakfast, lunch and dinner!

I didn't have
kale so I split the greens: 1/2 dandelion, 1/2 collards.
I just made your kale chips and like a good cook I forgot them so they were just burnt enough not to enjoy as chips but I didn't want to waste
the kale so I was making stew at the same time (ergo why I forgot the chips) so I crumbled the whole lot and dumped it into the stew and you know, it was an EXCELLENT solution it gave the stew an real nice flavor.

Blending greens can often be tricky for a blender
so this is actually a really awesome function as there's nothing worse than sipping strands of
kale and spinach!
The roasted sweet potatoes and beets are
so sweet and tender, while the sprouts go nicely crispy and the
kale is sautéed until it's nice and soft
so you get a great mixture of textures.
