I'm not a big chard fan, so I did it
with kale, and to make sure the
kale would be cooked to my liking without overcooking the
soup, I pre-steamed the
kale for 15 - 20 minutes.
By making your own stock you get an immensely healthy

with broken up gluten free spaghetti noodles, sliced carrots and torn

kale, tomatoes add a nice acidity...) or an even simpler cold lentil salad made
with red onion, diced tomatoes, lentils, chickpeas, and lemon juice / vinegar / EVOO.

kale soup recipe is based on a traditional Portuguese
Kale Soup with a few creative variations of our own.
One cold, fall evening a white bean and
kale soup was simmering on the stove, and I began to crave a good bread to go along
with it.
This reminds me so much of a
soup my Spanish grandmother used to make,
with ham, kidney beans and
kale.

with a
kale, spinach, apple, pineapple and mint juice, but I also picked up a carrot and ginger
soup, raw sushi and pumpkin muffin, all vegan and all gluten free.
When combined

kale leaves, 1 tsp tomato pure, salt and black pepper to taste) slowly and gently boiling in 12 cups of water for 3 hours made a beautiful «bouillon «easily turned into healing, comforting, boosting

My favorite fall foods include any squashes, especially butternut and pumpkin, made into
soups or just roasted and eaten
with a salad like this
