Oooh I have not tried the crab cake yet... but I love that
kale and brussels sprout
salad and the tuna
tacos.
Our dinner rotation is usually sauteed seafood of some kind with probably toast one night, some variation of pasta with garlicky rabe another night (adding sausage, using
kale or whatever green we have, wuteva), black bean
tacos, and
salad with all of the leftover veggies and either tuna
salad on top or roasted chicken.
Store the salmon and
kale separately and enjoy as a
salad the next day or make more
tacos!

When I hear the word «avocado,» I think guacamole,
tacos, toppings for
kale salads — basically, foods that probably wouldn't go well with chocolate.
When I finally found a way of eating that had me dropping the pounds quickly and allowed me to eat good food (like fish
tacos with mango - avocado salsa,
kale and maple - roasted sweet potato
salad, 3 - bean chili and even gluten - free, dairy - free triple chocolate brownies), I knew I'd found my weight loss silver bullet.

I wasn't very hungry so had a Solar Power green smoothie (frozen pineapple, avocado,
kale, cilantro, young thai coconut and hemp protein), but I certainly want to come back for the food —
