I don't like mushrooms so I played with the veggie filling a little — garlic, broccoli, red kidney beans,

I think that the reason it was maroon is that you used mixed berries, the red of strawberries / raspberries always turns my green smoothies brown, also did you double the amount of spinach to make up for the lack of
kale?
But where I live there is
no kale and also no sumac.
