In a nutshell, this is the mission of Kula for
Karma, a New York City - based nonprofit organization of trained volunteer
yoga teachers who provide breath work, therapeutic
yoga and meditation
classes at no cost to people in need, particularly those who are facing illness, disease and chronic pain, or recovery from abuse, trauma and addiction.

Karma Yogi's get housing (trailer or tent accommodation) 3 meals per day, daily guided meditation or
yoga class, use of
yoga studio for personal practice, weekly entertainment (movie night), use of infra - red sauna, and the opportunity to live and work in a very unique way.
